Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Directly drive implementation of strategy recommendations by working on-site with Visa clients and leading PMO of strategic initiatives.
•Oversee specialist VMS resources on-site, manage client relationships, and handle overall project management.
•Support business development by developing proposal content and researching Visa and industry data to analyze client needs.
•Identify suitable Visa/VCA solutions to address client needs across product, portfolio, operations, and campaigns.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Products, Risk, and Merchant Solutions teams to deliver holistic value-added services.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of working experience with operating experience in retail banking, cards, or the payments industry.
•Knowledge and experience in areas such as retail financial services, banking product development, payments/financial technology, portfolio management and optimization, growth marketing, customer lifecycle management, credit/payment risk, and process optimization.
•BSc/BA is required (preferably Economics, Business, Engineering, Science); advanced degrees are advantageous.
•In-market experience and familiarity with regulation and industry trends; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
•Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with storyboarding/data storytelling, plus strong organizational and business planning skills.
