Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in a client-facing accounting or onboarding role at Senior Associate level or above in a public or multi-client accounting firm.
  • •6+ years using QuickBooks Online daily, including setup, integrations, and troubleshooting.
  • •Strong technical accounting judgment, including cash and accrual accounting, to troubleshoot setup and data issues.
  • •Experience reviewing or overseeing other accountants’ work, formally or informally.
  • •Handled 25+ active client relationships simultaneously, escalating early when accounts are at risk.
