Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Fab 6S related CIP development, testing, and successful introduction.
  • •Establish and maintain Fab 6S standard specifications, including adding and revising regular maintenance and management.
  • •Strengthen 6S by running training and converting 6S steps into an implementation plan for each colleague.
  • •Publish Fab 6S monthly reports and inspect observations to drive behavioral improvement across the fab.
  • •Promote Office TPM and constant improvement of the office environment to meet standards; support cross-site project communication and execution.

Key Requirements

  • •At least five years of fab working experience and 6S management experience.
  • •Good English communication skills for cross-site project communication and execution.
  • •Experience leading project management and running multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • •Demonstrated analytical results using visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Streamlit.
  • •Decent programming skills in Python and SQL; knowledge of MES ETO, Space (SPC), blueprint, MyEquip, MA, and labor efficiency improvement is a plus.
