Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business functions to support strategy and goals.
  • •Perform detailed variance analysis for Product Management and Engineering and communicate results to Finance and Product leaders.
  • •Lead financial discussions during monthly reviews, quarterly business metric reviews, and fiscal planning with senior leaders.
  • •Maintain rolling forecasts and headcount in F5’s internal budgeting system with high attention to detail.
  • •Create financial impact analysis for strategic investments and improve budget reporting via automation and scalable workstreams.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree (or higher) in Finance/IS, Accounting, Business Analytics or related field.
  • •6+ years work experience.
  • •Advanced business/data analysis skills, including building reports and complex Excel models to measure performance.
  • •Understanding of GAAP accounting to support project budgets.
  • •Ability to communicate and lead meetings with senior management and support cross-functional work.
