Supervise field planning, work planning, service coordination, and clerical teams supporting electric T&D distribution work. Key Responsibilities

•Supervise field planners/field engineers, analysts of work planning, service coordinators, and clerical staff; balance workload and reassign work as needed.
•Provide technical support for the electric T&D system, including service work/administration, field planning, trouble calls, safety processes, work order/AE processing, and materials coordination.
•Oversee integration and master plan/schedule accuracy and integrity for transmission, substation, and distribution capital/new customer, maintenance, and reliability projects.
•Analyze and process work and resource assessments across service centers within an assigned zone; guide forecasted labor strategy and resource allocation.
•Support storm restoration efforts and oversee service coordination to ensure proactive interactions with internal and external customers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 106,000 - 132,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree with a minimum of four years of relevant experience preferred.
•Alternative requirements: Associate's degree with a minimum of seven years of relevant experience, or High School/GED with completion of a relevant progression program and ten years of relevant experience.
•Expert-level project and schedule management skills, including knowledge of capital and O&M budgeting, operations, maintenance, and safety standards.
•Knowledge of company construction standards, rates, field operating procedures, union contracts, and accounting manuals.
•Strong project management, problem-solving/analytical, negotiation, and multi-tasking abilities.
