Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead change management for major finance initiatives, including Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementations and SOX-related control enhancements.
  • •Partner with Finance, Procurement, Risk & Compliance, and Tech teams to assess change impacts, define stakeholder strategies, and drive adoption of new processes, systems, and controls.
  • •Embed change management into finance programmes by integrating regulatory, audit, and compliance considerations into change planning, communications, and training.
  • •Develop and own a Finance Change Portfolio view, including a “Change Roadmap” to improve visibility and manage collective impact across finance teams.
  • •Provide change advisory support and build change capability through toolkits, training, and coaching, driving targeted communications and behavioural change.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 60,000 - 79,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrable experience leading change management within finance transformation programmes, ideally including Source-to-Pay (S2P), ERP, or financial systems implementations.
  • •Experience working in regulated environments with exposure to SOX, audit, or financial controls frameworks, and the ability to embed compliant behaviours.
  • •Hands-on ability to lead change management activities from impact assessments through to adoption and reinforcement on complex programmes.
  • •Pragmatic use of change management methodologies (e.g. PROSCI, APMG, ACMP) in finance and compliance-driven environments.
  • •Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage finance stakeholders at all levels and translate complex change into clear messaging.
