Key Responsibilities

  • •Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders (POs) within the ERP system.
  • •Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • •Source chemical raw materials using technical molecular specifications while ensuring compliance and working with R&D/Quality on suppliers.
  • •Maintain accurate ERP master data, including pricing, lead times, safety stock levels, and supplier contact details.
  • •Coordinate invoice price discrepancies with Accounts Payable and support Quality Assurance supplier return handling (RMA process), plus track supplier performance (e.g., OTIF, defect rates).

Key Requirements

  • •1–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain coordination, or inventory management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • •Hands-on experience with an ERP system (SAP is highly advantageous).
  • •Ability to interpret chemical specifications and molecular data to identify and source correct raw materials.
  • •Fluent written and spoken English and Malay; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
