Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain analytical models, reports, and dashboards for retail business questions such as sales performance and inventory optimization.
  • •Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements across the retail customer journey, marketing, and operations.
  • •Ensure delivery of accurate, timely, and actionable insights that support DTC retail strategy and operational efficiency.
  • •Apply best practices in retail analytics, statistical methods, and data visualization to produce clear, reproducible outputs and share learnings within the team.
  • •Support prioritization and execution of retail data analysis initiatives and contribute input to the Tech DTC roadmap and strategic vision.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Business Analytics (advanced degrees a plus).
  • •1–3 years of experience in a data analysis or analytics role, preferably with exposure to retail, e-commerce, or DTC business models.
  • •Foundational knowledge of retail data analysis, statistical methods, and data visualization.
  • •Proficiency with SQL and Excel, and BI platforms such as Power BI and Looker (Python or R is a plus).
  • •Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate retail business challenges into analytical opportunities while delivering aligned outcomes.
