Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in high-end luxury international retail (men's luxury a plus)
  • •strong clienteling skills and a proven ability to build and manage a client book
  • •excellent communication and English language skills, with a professional, client‑facing style
  • •good understanding of CRM, databases and e-commerce; comfortable with stock and back-office tasks
  • •ability to maximise sales while maintaining a consultative, service-led approach
