Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve individual sales and store targets, including metrics such as Average Transaction Value (ATV) and Personal Conversion Rate (CR).
  • •Maintain high service standards by providing excellent guest experiences, product knowledge, and handling customer registration and complaints.
  • •Control discounting and giveaways/discounted products, and monitor cash register activities by resolving discrepancies and preparing/reconciling cash receipts.
  • •Follow store opening/closing procedures and uphold retail standards including proper stock care and efficient visual merchandising.
  • •Maintain inventory integrity through scheduled stock counts, discrepancy resolution within 48 hours, and coordinating receiving and price tagging.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year experience in fashion or luxury brands retail sales.
  • •Proven sales achievement in fashion or luxury brands market.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • •Fluency in English & Bahasa.
  • •Good PC skills such as MS Office and basic understanding of retail POS system.
