Key Responsibilities

  • •Create content for national and international tenders as responsible SAP lead for end-to-end solutions focused on the SAP healthcare market.
  • •Coordinate SAP functional and technical architects and experts to produce offers, presentations, and workshops.
  • •Develop customer-fit project plans oriented to SAP Activate and own the solution responsibility per customer requirements.
  • •Formulate bid strategy and translate requirements into a high-level solution design using relevant SAP healthcare components.
  • •Coordinate bid effort estimation and provide coaching and expert leadership for delivery and strategy/implementation projects at healthcare customers.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 8 years of experience in SAP, including SAP pre-sales, bid management, project leadership, or responsibility for implementations.
  • •Experience as a consultant or project lead in at least two complete S/4HANA migration/conversion projects.
  • •Healthcare experience (e.g., health insurers, hospitals, MVZ) plus helpful knowledge of SAP IS-H, patient management, case management, and integration of clinical subsystems.
  • •Proven experience presenting and positioning SAP solutions to decision-makers and C-level, and managing customer and partner relationships.
  • •Fluent German and English with experience in international projects and collaboration with nearshore/offshore teams.
