Job Summary

Lead the Strategy & Business Operations functions supporting Risk and Security Solutions (RAS) in Visa’s Value-Added Services division. Build and maintain product, data, risk, commercialization, and business governance frameworks, partner with RAS leadership to drive revenue growth levers, and oversee risk governance through audits, RCSA, metrics, and reporting. Execute automation using GenAI and AI-native governance controls, represent RAS in key governance forums, and manage risk/governance analysts.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead risk and governance functions across RAS, including internal audit coordination, risk assessments, risk event evaluation, mitigation planning, PLM execution, data steward coordination, and tracking/reporting.
•Lead and/or execute automation projects to implement trusted automated governance controls and reporting, including using GenAI and embedding governance within AI-native product development frameworks such as VATC.
•Execute RCSA and other risk assessments; maintain a prioritized view of inherent and residual risks with proactive identification of emerging risks.
•Design, develop, and monitor RAS business metrics; evaluate new product concepts and proposals for data use and risk considerations.
•Partner with RAS leadership to drive long-range strategy development, governance, and business optimization, including GTM/commercialization/pricing best practices and oversight of governance analysts.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8 years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD).
•Significant understanding of current fraud and identity risks and customer industry pain points.
•Strong business understanding of product lifecycle approaches, data science approaches, and managing a product portfolio strategy.
•Extensive hands-on experience overseeing and executing governance, risk, and audit processes.
•Proven expertise using GenAI to automate process controls and reports, plus deep knowledge of risk and control self-assessments, privacy evaluations, SDLC, model governance, and new product commercialization.
