Staff Manufacturing Design Engineer, Methods and Standards

You will unify methods and standards across the Manufacturing Design Engineering (MDE) organization to translate aircraft design into scalable high-rate production. You’ll consolidate processes into a central, version-controlled knowledge base, partner with Design, Quality, Supply Chain, and Certification, and define and scale manufacturing solutions for Midnight 1.0/1.1. You’ll mentor MDE engineers and standardize tooling, planning, and facility infrastructure.
