Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide independent, expert QA assurance over AML investigations, SAR reporting, fraud, sanctions, and KYC (EDD/CDD), applying subject-matter expertise to ensure accurate, valid outcomes.
  • •Lead and manage the QA team: coach and develop team members, run 1:1s and performance reviews, and drive initiatives for skill growth and accountability.
  • •Own operational execution: identify and drive improvement opportunities, monitor resourcing, refine SOPs, ensure KPIs/SLAs and deadlines are met, and escalate blockers appropriately.
  • •Drive performance management: lead initiatives and OKRs/KPIs for your area, create plans to meet performance and quality targets, and develop future leaders.
  • •Manage stakeholders and communicate insights: translate aggregated QA data into clear narratives for stakeholders and ensure actions are owned and implemented.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 3,450 - 4,500 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience leading, coaching, and managing a technical or analytical team (5 to 20 employees) within a relevant QA domain.
  • •Fluent English (written and verbal) with the ability to clearly articulate recommendations.
  • •Proven project management skills to deliver a portfolio of projects and reviews on time and to a high standard.
  • •Risk & compliance expertise, including reviewing and interpreting policy, serving as escalation/sign-off for complex issues with risk-based rationale.
  • •Functional QA expertise across quality assurance frameworks, trend analysis, and continuous improvement using data and insights.
