Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the engine room: architect and ship core services powering multi-agent AI workflows, including RESTful APIs and data models built for evolution
  • •Troubleshoot critical production issues and mentor peers on system design and best practices across services and languages
  • • evangelize engineering practices and drive quality while maintaining startup velocity
  • •Partner directly with customers to diagnose pain points and deliver impactful improvements on tight timelines
  • •Define and shape the technical architecture and culture of a fast-growing startup

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Have 2+ years backend engineering experience with a solid foundation in CS and software engineering principles
  • •Fluent in Python and TypeScript and have worked with FastAPI and/or NextJS
  • •Understand databases (KV, SQL, Document based) and how to optimize their usage
  • •Have developed, tested and scaled RESTful APIs
  • •Strong ownership, low ego, and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact startup environment
