•Partner with senior leaders to define program scope, success metrics, and governance structures.
•Own program roadmaps including project plans, dependency identification, risk surfacing, and resolution.
•Champion organizational change management through communications, training plans, and adoption frameworks.
•Establish program health reporting and executive status updates, facilitating steering committees and working sessions.

•Strong process design and systems-thinking skills, able to map current state and build future-state roadmaps.
