Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

Partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to manage end-to-end recruiting for roles across Spain and Portugal. Lead hiring strategy with managers, run screening and interview processes, and support offer negotiations while using recruitment tools and channels to engage passive and active candidates. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations, and contribute to talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives, including university career fairs and talent events.
