Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate the pump truck safely and efficiently in compliance with state and federal transportation laws.
  • •Transport loads safely and on schedule while observing traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • •Maneuver truck and trailer into loading/unloading areas and follow loading crew signals.
  • •Assist with loading/unloading materials using specialized equipment and return equipment to designated areas.
  • •Maintain delivery paperwork (invoices, shipping bills of lading) and perform routine truck checks, reporting maintenance malfunctions to the Shipping Supervisor.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or chauffeur’s license appropriate for the vehicle weight.
  • •Pass background and drug testing required by federal/state DOT regulations.
  • •Pass a DOT physical, as trucks driven are over 10k lbs.
  • •Be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
  • •Must be able to lift/move up to 40 pounds and remain seated for prolonged periods in a trailer cab.
