Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development of comprehensive project estimates, including construction, fees, direct work, and related costs.
  • •Assist with capital planning strategies and provide insights to optimize investment decisions and long-term planning.
  • •Support procurement activities, including vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, and bid leveling, and help facilitate bid interviews and recommendations.
  • •Establish and manage cost reporting schedules; present cost reports and forecasts and maintain a commercial risk register.
  • •Assess payment applications and change order requests; support dispute prevention and resolution and manage invoicing for timely, accurate payments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 98,000 annually

  • •Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree.
  • •Preferred degrees: Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, Project Management, or General Business.
