Key Responsibilities

  • •Work independently on defined problems and features, applying established architectural patterns with technical judgment.
  • •Design, build, and ship AI-powered tools that enhance the autonomous development lifecycle from code commit to production deployment.
  • •Improve software quality using intelligent code analysis, test optimization, and automated defect detection; provide insights into code quality, technical debt, and system performance.
  • •Create production-ready services using APIs and event-driven messaging, and maintain code quality, testing, and production reliability with a production-first mindset.
  • •Participate in production releases and operational readiness activities; mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD; or 8+ years relevant work experience.
  • •Strong background in AI systems, including designing, building, and shipping AI-powered solutions that enhance the autonomous development lifecycle and software quality.
  • •Hands-on experience with Python and machine learning fundamentals (data preparation/analysis, predictive modeling, evaluation, and improving model performance).
  • •5–8 years of enterprise software engineering experience building Java/J2EE applications, preferably with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
  • •Proven ability to work with production-ready services and platforms, including APIs, event-driven messaging, databases/SQL, and cloud-native container tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift).
