Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end engine clearance from induction through release, including daily clearance reviews to remove material/technical/quality blockers.
  • •Prioritize engine releases based on SLA commitments, AOG impact, and revenue exposure, reducing engine dwell time and backlog.
  • •Support material recovery, expediting of critical parts and LLPs, and reduce clearance delays caused by supplier or logistics constraints.
  • •Escalate technical dispositions and repair scheme approvals, ensuring configuration compliance and service bulletin embodiment while driving resolution of deviation approvals.
  • •Manage SLA performance with dashboards, performance reviews, recovery plans for underperformance, quantify financial exposure, and serve as an operational focal point for key customer escalations.
