Project Manager

Lead end-to-end DCS project execution for Emerson's engineering services, guiding the project from sales handover through KOM, engineering, procurement, staging, FAT, shipment, SAT, handover and closure. Own budget, schedule, risk, and people management, while maintaining strong customer relationships. Plan kick-off meetings, align specifications, track changes, and provide periodic status updates. Collaborate with sales, operations, and engineering teams to optimize delivery and ensure zero LDs.
