Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and evolve enterprise analytics and reporting infrastructure, serving as the authoritative source of truth for business performance data
  • •Personally build models, pipelines, and dashboards powering decision-making across the company while guiding a small team
  • •Define KPIs with cross-functional stakeholders and surface insights before requests are made
  • •Drive data governance, quality standards, and documentation across all owned platforms
  • •Collaborate across sales, marketing, finance, operations, product, and engineering to advance data & analytics initiatives

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
  • •Advanced SQL skills with deep, hands-on experience querying and optimizing in Snowflake; you write complex, production-grade SQL without assistance
  • •Extensive experience building data models from Salesforce data and understanding of Salesforce object structure and data quality challenges
  • •Hands-on experience building and maintaining dbt models in a production environment
  • •Proficiency with modern data stack tooling including Snowflake, Databricks, Fivetran, and Segment
