Key Responsibilities

•Own and evolve enterprise analytics and reporting infrastructure, serving as the authoritative source of truth for business performance data
•Personally build models, pipelines, and dashboards powering decision-making across the company while guiding a small team
•Define KPIs with cross-functional stakeholders and surface insights before requests are made
•Drive data governance, quality standards, and documentation across all owned platforms
•Collaborate across sales, marketing, finance, operations, product, and engineering to advance data & analytics initiatives

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
•Advanced SQL skills with deep, hands-on experience querying and optimizing in Snowflake; you write complex, production-grade SQL without assistance
•Extensive experience building data models from Salesforce data and understanding of Salesforce object structure and data quality challenges
•Hands-on experience building and maintaining dbt models in a production environment
•Proficiency with modern data stack tooling including Snowflake, Databricks, Fivetran, and Segment
