Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement leasing strategies for the residential and commercial portfolio, translating business objectives into asset-level plans and targets.
  • •Drive revenue growth and portfolio optimization through pricing, rental optimization, lease structures, inventory management, and customer segmentation.
  • •Lead leasing and occupancy initiatives, including managing vacant units and planning renewals, expansions, and tenant retention.
  • •Manage end-to-end leasing transactions from lead generation and negotiation through contract execution, coordinating with Legal and Finance for compliance and documentation accuracy.
  • •Lead Leasing and Leasing Administration teams by setting targets, monitoring performance, and building capability while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders on priorities and initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of UAE real estate experience with exposure to residential and commercial leasing.
  • •Proven track record delivering significant leasing revenue targets and year-on-year revenue growth.
  • •Experience developing and executing portfolio-level leasing strategies.
  • •Strong UAE market knowledge, including property market dynamics and DLD/RERA regulations.
  • •Leadership experience managing Sales, Leasing, and Leasing Administration teams across the full transaction lifecycle.
