Key Responsibilities

  • •Automate provisioning, configuration, and patching workflows across the full device fleet (~90% macOS, ~10% Windows).
  • •Write clean, reusable, and well-tested scripts to power an endpoint management platform.
  • •Enforce security baselines, track real-time fleet performance, and investigate compliance anomalies using MDM tools.
  • •Integrate identity/access and self-service IT workflows via APIs (Okta, Kandji/Iru, FleetDM, Workspace ONE).
  • •Build and maintain idempotent infrastructure-as-code automation pipelines for deployment and monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in client platform, endpoint engineering, or a highly technical IT infrastructure role.
  • •Deep knowledge of macOS system internals and preference management, plus hands-on experience securing Windows endpoints.
  • •Proven experience with MDM platforms and solid programming skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • •Comfort working with Git/GitLab with code-review and branch-based workflows.
  • •Exposure to Terraform, administering SaaS apps (Okta, Google Workspace, Jira), or AWS familiarity is a plus.
