Job Summary

Drive IAM product investments for Netflix’s Ads business by building roadmaps and taking identity/authentication/authorization concepts from validation through shipping and measurement. •Steer the product ship through guidance and partnerships while influencing cross-functional product direction.

•Build business cases and measure the impact of product innovation.
•Deeply understand and socialize evolving customer needs and align them with industry best practices and competitive landscape.

•10+ years of product management experience for widely available software/online services.

•Demonstrated track record delivering projects that improved customer experiences while reducing risk.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, including producing great memos and presentations for technical and non-technical partners.
