Job Summary

Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and sales leaders to shape strategy for Snowflake’s fastest-growing AI and analytics workloads. Own forecasting and performance across revenue, usage, margin, and unit economics, then lead pricing and monetization decisions from inference to training and AI-native applications. Build investment business cases and repeatable planning/reporting systems, while managing and developing a small team of analysts.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the strategic finance partner to product and engineering leaders across Cortex, Notebooks, Machine Learning, and Analytics.
•Own forecasting and performance for AI and Analytics workloads, including revenue, usage, margin, unit economics, and operating metrics.
•Lead pricing and monetization strategy, setting pricing principles, packaging, metering, and commercial terms across AI models and applications.
•Translate product usage, customer behavior, cohort/funnel dynamics, and financial data into recommendations that shape strategy and product decisions.
•Build investment business cases and planning/performance systems, and manage/develop a small team of analysts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 250,000 - 320,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, strategic finance, product finance, growth finance, or buy-side investing, plus operating experience in a fast-paced, scaling technology company.
•Experience supporting product teams on growth, pricing, packaging, monetization, or product strategy decisions, ideally with product-led growth and consumption/usage-based business models.
•Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including P&L views, operating models, cohort/funnel analysis, pricing models, and unit economics.
•Working understanding of AI and machine learning infrastructure and economics, including model lifecycle and inference vs. training cost structures.
•People management experience and SQL fluency; Python is preferred.
