Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead demand planning and supply planning processes within the S&OP cycle to align demand, inventory strategy, supply capabilities, and business initiatives.
  • •Follow monthly cadence to gather cross-functional input, optimize forecasts, and contribute to demand consensus meetings.
  • •Review vendor portal scorecards and KPIs and run monthly reporting on forecast accuracy and bias to adjust forecasts.
  • •Manage supplier POs and inventory targets, including safety stock levels and replenishment parameters.
  • •Recommend mitigation plans for shortages, supply disruptions, and capacity constraints, and participate in data-driven supply chain optimization and planning system improvement projects.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of demand/supply planning experience with knowledge of supply chain concepts, demand planning, inventory management, analysis, or operations.
  • •Experience in S&OP/SIOP or related supply chain planning processes.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business, or a related analytical field.
  • •Experience participating in or leading collaborative demand meetings and consensus processes within S&OP.
  • •Strong organization, communication, collaboration, and analytical skills, including the ability to present and build relationships across the organization.
