Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with project owners and cross-functional global teams to deliver projects by following standard processes and project management principles.
•Manage multiple projects to complete milestones/deliverables within quality, delivery, and cost targets.
•Participate in concept reviews and critical design reviews, solving technical problems and identifying solutions.
•Develop concepts and design/select components, including specification development for structural components and assemblies, DFMEA, and test plans.
•Create and release engineering documentation using PLM/PDM tools (ProE, Windchill) and coordinate implementation of design changes.

Key Requirements

•BE degree in Mechanical or a Masters in Thermal Engineering (or related specialization).
•3+ years hands-on experience in component selection, system integration, concept development, and design calculations.
•Experience with product design and development process/phases, including DFMEA and test plan development.
•Hands-on experience with prototype/engineering builds and testing.
•Knowledge of metal and non-metal component design, assemblies, and manufacturing processes (electrical system basics a plus).
