Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface.
  • •Managing the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations.
  • •Reviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc
  • •Managing project timelines, risks and reporting
  • •Co-ordinating vendor scope with overall project delivery

Key Requirements

  • •Technical understanding of Data Centre Infrastructure – HVAC, Electrical, Generators, Fire, Security and BMS.
  • •Professional/tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or construction.
  • •A minimum of 5 - 10 years project management experience, preferably gained within a Data Centre or similar technical environment.
  • •A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from project inception stage, design, authority approvals through to construction completion and post-project review.
  • •Advanced Microsoft skills are essential and Primavera skills will be highly regarded.
