Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage mandatory and voluntary corporate action events from notification through completion.
  • •Interpret event terms to identify actions, risks, and deadlines, coordinating timely elections and instructions with stakeholders.
  • •Follow up payments, securities movements, bookings, and exceptions, resolving discrepancies and escalating material issues.
  • •Represent the Corporate Actions perspective in projects and change initiatives, ensuring operational requirements and risks are considered.
  • •Maintain controls and documentation while driving improvements, automation, and risk-reducing initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of hands-on experience in Corporate Actions with knowledge of events, market practices, and operational risks.
  • •Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
