Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, stock, and ensure cleanliness of the bar to support bartending efficiency and productivity.
  • •Stay informed on current menu items and descriptions, and complete opening/running/closing side duties per HOB policy.
  • •Stock ice bins and liquor/beer/wine/coolers, including lifting/moving up to 25 lbs as needed.
  • •Clean and assist maintaining bar equipment and keep trash containers clean, odor-free, and properly lined.
  • •Sort glass/cardboard/plastics per local codes, operate the trash compactor per procedures, and record maintenance issues in bar logs or work orders.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to work late hours with a flexible schedule.
  • •Skills in interpersonal communication, teamwork, and tolerance of all cultures, music, and art forms.
  • •Experience recognizing valid IDs and providing responsible alcohol service per local ordinance and HOB policies.
  • •3 years work experience interacting with people in a positive environment (preferred).
  • •Physical ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
