Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, test, and maintain residential and business services, using laptops to configure equipment and test applications.
  • •Review documents and diagrams to obtain specifications for installation and trouble isolation.
  • •Diagnose and resolve issues to ensure service is installed or repaired by the required date/time.
  • •Interact with customers professionally, communicating service options and benefits.
  • •Assist other technical personnel and support sales/marketing activities as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience installing and maintaining high‑speed internet, video, and voice networks, including wiring and equipment.
