Key Responsibilities

•Define and deliver the Real Estate Strategy with the Asset Management team and obtain Strategy Paper approvals through governance forums and investment committees.
•Oversee the development, submission, endorsement and approval of Project Execution Documents via governance forums and investment committees as Accountable Executive.
•Act as the formally appointed Accountable Executive for the programme, ensuring delivery in line with Bank standards and governance requirements, and overall programme compliance.
•Establish and chair Project Steering Committees, maintain final decision authority, monitor programme status, risk profile and escalations.
•Lead Change Management, ensure timely accuracy of programme data, reporting, and manage handover to BAU and PIRs for programme closure.

Key Requirements

•Ability to influence key stakeholders and mould consensus at various authorities.
•Experience with premises related delivery systems, performance measures and standards
•Experienced client management capability
•Leadership and initiative skills; Excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking abilities; bilingual in English and Korean
