Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and deliver the Real Estate Strategy with the Asset Management team and obtain Strategy Paper approvals through governance forums and investment committees.
  • •Oversee the development, submission, endorsement and approval of Project Execution Documents via governance forums and investment committees as Accountable Executive.
  • •Act as the formally appointed Accountable Executive for the programme, ensuring delivery in line with Bank standards and governance requirements, and overall programme compliance.
  • •Establish and chair Project Steering Committees, maintain final decision authority, monitor programme status, risk profile and escalations.
  • •Lead Change Management, ensure timely accuracy of programme data, reporting, and manage handover to BAU and PIRs for programme closure.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to influence key stakeholders and mould consensus at various authorities.
  • •Experience with premises related delivery systems, performance measures and standards
  • •Experienced client management capability
  • •Leadership and initiative skills; Excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking abilities; bilingual in English and Korean
