Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the design, development, and validation of algorithmic capabilities such as tracking, sensor/effector management, battlespace optimization, and threat forecasting.
  • •Bridge system design, requirements management, modeling and simulation (M&S), and verification & validation (V&V) activities.
  • •Lead requirements decomposition across cross-functional teams and define success under ambiguity.
  • •Develop test plans, acceptance criteria, and analysis tools to evaluate system performance using simulation and collected field data; trace performance as the system evolves.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of hardware and software systems engineering experience with an engineering/physics/robotics/mathematics-related degree.
  • •Demonstrated model-based systems engineering across a program lifecycle; experience with tools such as JAMA, Cameo, Matlab, Simulink, and AFSIM.
  • •Proficiency in Python for data parsing, modeling & simulation, data analysis, and visualization.
  • •Skilled in statistics, AI/ML, requirements, testing, and MBSE; experience applying engineering standards into engineering processes/requirements.
