Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and evolve analytics platform components including data models, pipelines, metric definitions, semantic layers, and self-service reporting.
  • •Design, build, and maintain scalable data models and transformations using dbt and analytics-engineering practices.
  • •Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business problems into technical solutions, and communicate tradeoffs.
  • •Own the full lifecycle of analytics data products including discovery, design, implementation, testing, documentation, deployment, monitoring, governance, and iteration.
  • •Improve reliability, observability, performance, and data quality of ELT workflows and integrations, and triage technical/data-quality issues independently.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, business intelligence engineering, or closely related work.
  • •Advanced SQL skills with experience designing, building, and operating analytical data models and pipelines.
  • •Hands-on dbt experience using modern analytics-engineering practices (testing, version control, documentation, orchestration, observability, data quality).
  • •Experience with modern ELT/activation tools such as Fivetran and Hightouch (or comparable).
  • •Experience with cloud data platforms/warehouses; Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery strongly preferred.
