Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead requirement engineering by running workshops to elicit, analyze, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements.
  • •Translate business needs into detailed User Stories, FSDs, use cases, and BPMN process maps for IAM solutions.
  • •Partner with Product Architects and Technical Leads to align business rules with technical data models and automation/API specifications.
  • •Ensure traceability and testing by coordinating UAT scenarios and validating that delivered .NET/Angular tools meet business objectives.
  • •Manage requirement changes and governance while supporting solution integration across enterprise systems throughout the lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex, large-scale enterprise IT environments.
  • •Solid IAM domain expertise, including identity lifecycles, RBAC, Active Directory, and SSO.
  • •Technical literacy to understand API structures, SQL queries, and basic automation logic such as PowerShell workflows.
  • •Proficiency in process modeling and requirements tools (e.g., Visio, Signavio, Jira, Confluence).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field; preferred IIBA-CBAP/CCBA/PMI-PBA.
