•Own end-to-end program delivery, including market readiness, go-to-market activities, project kickoffs, delivery planning, status governance, and post-implementation reviews.
•Manage and coordinate customer and Mastercard project teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and execution across complex initiatives.
•Proactively manage risks, dependencies, priorities, and escalations, while improving delivery processes, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
