Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure trades are processed with quality, with signoffs sent within set deadlines, including focus on priority clients and valuations.
  • •Manage day-to-day process and team operations, meet KPI thresholds, and ensure zero escalation from business area/client.
  • •Drive change management and sustainable savings initiatives through process re-engineering and efficiency drives, aligned to global operating model and migration timelines.
  • •Maintain internal control standards by observing audit standards, implementing audit points, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • •Identify and reduce manual processes for operational control, assess inherent operational risks, and support technology upgrades, UAT supervision, and ongoing review of SOPs and job-aid materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting.
  • •3-5 years of relevant funds administration experience.
  • •Strong accounting concepts and understanding of financial statements.
  • •Ability to handle teams, monitor operational goals, and manage personnel issues.
  • •Complete understanding of the Trade Life Cycle and strong knowledge of capital markets and financial instruments.
