Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day site execution for utility-scale solar and BESS projects, coordinating EPC contractors, civil crews, electrical trades, and equipment vendors to deliver safe, on-schedule, on-budget facilities from mobilization through energization.
  • •Build, maintain, and drive integrated construction schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project) across civil, structural, electrical, BESS, substation, and gen-tie scopes, and issue recovery plans the moment a critical path slips.
  • •Enforce the site safety program and hold every subcontractor to a zero-incident standard, from pre-mobilization safety plans through final punch list.
  • •Coordinate civil, racking, PV, inverter, BESS, and MV/HV electrical trades in real time, resolving field conflicts before they hit the schedule, and manage QA/QC, RFI, submittal, and change-order workflows to close-out.
  • •Track and report daily progress, earned value, cost-to-complete, and resource loading to the Project Manager, and surface procurement risks on long-lead equipment (transformers, switchgear, inverters) early enough to act on them.
