Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure and support SAP PP functions including demand management, MRP, production orders, BOM, work centers/routing, capacity planning, and shop floor control.
  • •Configure and support SAP QM processes including quality planning, quality inspection, inspection lots, quality notifications, vendor quality management, and audit management.
  • •Integrate SAP PP/QM with SAP MM, SD, PM, WM/EWM, and FI; coordinate with ABAP developers for enhancements; perform SIT/UAT/regression testing and production deployment; provide post-production support and training.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of hands-on SAP PP/QM functional consulting experience.
  • •Minimum 2–3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
  • •Strong expertise in manufacturing and quality management business processes, including production execution and quality inspection.
  • •Experience with SAP S/4HANA PP/QM functionalities and best practices.
  • •Experience integrating SAP PP/QM with SAP MM, SD, PM, and WM/EWM modules.
