Job Summary

Lead SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) implementations for manufacturing organizations, handling rollout, upgrades, and production support. Gather and analyze business requirements, design and configure PP/QM processes (MRP, production orders, BOM, work centers/routing, quality planning/inspection, vendor quality, audit management), and integrate with SAP MM, SD, PM, WM/EWM, and FI. Coordinate with ABAP developers for enhancements, run SIT/UAT/regression testing, provide post-go-live support, and mentor junior consultants.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead SAP PP/QM implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
•Gather and analyze requirements for production planning and quality management.
•Configure and support SAP PP functions including demand management, MRP, production orders, BOM, work centers/routing, capacity planning, and shop floor control.
•Configure and support SAP QM processes including quality planning, quality inspection, inspection lots, quality notifications, vendor quality management, and audit management.
•Integrate SAP PP/QM with SAP MM, SD, PM, WM/EWM, and FI; coordinate with ABAP developers for enhancements; perform SIT/UAT/regression testing and production deployment; provide post-production support and training.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of hands-on SAP PP/QM functional consulting experience.
•Minimum 2–3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
•Strong expertise in manufacturing and quality management business processes, including production execution and quality inspection.
•Experience with SAP S/4HANA PP/QM functionalities and best practices.
•Experience integrating SAP PP/QM with SAP MM, SD, PM, and WM/EWM modules.
