Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, recommend, negotiate, and administer contracts and proposals, including bid evaluation and ensuring contractor fulfillment of terms and required documentation.
  • •Coordinate contract preparation, tendering, evaluation, and award in line with technical requirements and HSE/QA/QC/project and document controls requirements.
  • •Prepare final contract drafts for award and manage NTP preparation and sign-off coordination with authorized signatories in compliance with policy.
  • •Manage contract changes and variations, ensuring timely agreement and formalization per contractual terms and company procedures.
  • •Review RFPs for compliance with project/package requirements; coordinate qualifications with DH Legal and DHRE stakeholders; analyze claims exposure and support dispute resolution and contract closeout.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Contracts Management/B.Sc. Quantity Surveying or related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • •Preferred Certified Contract Manager (CCM), Professional Contract Manager (PCM), or Certified Public Procurement (CPP).
  • •Min. 6 to 8 years of experience, including at least 4 years in a senior QS/Commercial Manager role negotiating, drafting, executing, and administering complex contracts.
  • •Strong knowledge of contract law and construction law, plus contract drafting, negotiation, and execution.
  • •Proficiency with contract management and project management software/tools such as Primavera P6 or Oracle Primavera Cloud, and excellent Microsoft Office skills.
