Job Summary

Support U.S. Bank’s global merchant acquiring (MPS) revenue team by advising during partner acquisition, including fintech, independent software vendors, ISOs/ISVs, and financial institution relationships. Draft, update, and maintain partner contract templates; prepare and negotiate complex partner agreements; and help frame legal analysis for business decisions. •Authorized to practice law in the United States and in good standing with the appropriate U.S. state licensing authority.

•Experience negotiating and drafting agreements with partners.
•Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to internal clients and external customers.
