Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a portfolio of Enterprise and Government customers to drive adoption, retention, expansion, and satisfaction through ongoing technical and strategic engagement.
  • •Serve as the senior post-sales advisor for complex accounts, shaping multi-year platform and DevSecOps strategy with customer executives and coordinating across Support, Product Management, Sales, and Professional Services.
  • •Translate ambiguous, high-stakes outcomes into rigorous Customer Success Plans with quantifiable benefits, adoption milestones, and remediation actions.
  • •Provide enterprise-scale technical guidance on CI/CD architecture, DevSecOps maturity models, and platform consolidation trade-offs (e.g., multi-cloud vs hybrid; self-managed vs GitLab Dedicated).
  • •Lead end-to-end resolution of critical cross-functional account escalations, including root-cause analysis and executive communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be a Singapore Citizen and based in Singapore.
  • •Mandatory English and Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency.
  • •Hands-on experience building/owning CI/CD pipelines end to end, including pipeline as code, multi-stage design, artifact management, and troubleshooting.
  • •Deep DevSecOps expertise, including shift-left security and integrating SAST, DAST, SCA, and container scanning into development workflows; architecting/troubleshooting CI/CD at enterprise scale.
  • •Expert understanding of Git workflows and delivery lifecycles, including merge request workflows and branching strategies such as trunk-based development and GitFlow.
