Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the wholesale team to develop accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market intelligence, and customer insights.
  • •Propose monthly order placement and forecasts for wholesale partners, and maintain wholesale inventory reserves to optimize fulfilment.
  • •Monitor forecast performance and accuracy metrics, implement corrective actions, and continuously refine forecasting workflows and models.
  • •Manage order fulfilment for wholesale customers to ensure on-time delivery, and proactively flag major shipment delays while maintaining accurate sales orders and forecasts.
  • •Partner twice yearly on seasonal buy, balance launch investments with strategic stock buffers, and deliver executive-ready reporting on sales, inventory, stock-outs, and risks/opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory allocation, or supply chain within retail or wholesale.
  • •Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data sets.
  • •Excellent communication and organizational skills to influence stakeholders across functions.
