Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and reconcile accounts across Fixed Income & Equity SMA portfolios, including corporate bonds, municipals, treasuries, equities, and structured products.
  • •Perform client-level cash and positions reconciliations between Invesco portfolio systems and custodian accounts.
  • •Collaborate with traders, portfolio managers, brokers, and custodians to resolve trade discrepancies and investigate trade-related queries.
  • •Research and resolve corporate actions discrepancies and identify individual account discrepancies to ensure systems are ready for trading.
  • •Monitor, report, and ensure timely end-of-day reporting; maintain procedures, manage mailbox items, and support continuity testing.
