Key Responsibilities

  • •Review RFQs and evaluate how Emerson product offerings meet customer needs.
  • •Prepare technical and commercial quotation/response documents and maintain quote ownership through acknowledgment and submission forwarding.
  • •Act as a liaison between Impact Partners and factories for non-standard products and special applications to convert RFQs into final bids.
  • •Apply relevant industry codes and standards, answer technical questions, and ensure specified products comply with customer requirements.
  • •Respond to expedited emergency shipment requests and assist with resolving sales/service issues, including documenting customer complaints and referring to Quality Assurance.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree, preferably in Engineering or STEM; or 5 years of related engineering or valve experience in lieu of a degree.
  • •5+ years of related engineering/valve experience; valve and actuation experience is highly desirable.
  • •Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
  • •Exposure to Oracle and/or prior experience using CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
  • •Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent verbal and written communication.
