Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle cash and bank matters, including issuing and controlling receipts for the cars business.
  • •Perform daily cash/bank reconciliations, escalate and resolve differences same-day, and report fully reconciled daily income/expenses.
  • •Maintain inventory ledgers, record daily movement against sales, run stock counts, and analyze inventory aging/variances.
  • •Own VAT treatment for transactions and ensure filings are supported by clean, traceable records.
  • •Manage supplier ledgers and month-end close, coordinate between cars and finance teams, and improve workflows via automation.

Key Requirements

  • •3-4 years of experience in finance/accounting.
  • •Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • •ACCA / part-qualified CA or similar professional qualification.
  • •Hands-on experience with cash and bank reconciliations, inventory accounting, supplier reconciliations, and month-end closing.
  • •Strong understanding of VAT, cost centre accounting, revenue and cost cut-offs, and improving finance processes through automation and reducing manual workflows.
