Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and monitor general ledger processes, including reconciliations, lease accounting, month-end financial reporting, and inventory.
  • •Support month-end and year-end closing activities in compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
  • •Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors to support audit requirements.
  • •Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, including preparing finance documents in Mandarin when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • •1–2 years of experience in general accounting; fresh graduates with strong academic records are welcome.

  • •Proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking) is preferred.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
