Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct source materials from the approved supply base and ensure procurement and delivery to MEA factories aligned to operational strategy.
  • •Manage RFQs and supplier activation, and place purchase orders promptly to ensure supplier visibility.
  • •Execute and update purchase orders for external and inter-co suppliers, including reschedules and date management in Oracle.
  • •Conduct periodic supplier visits and weekly milestone reviews to ensure on-time delivery; monitor and communicate supplier performance reports.
  • •Support inventory goals and HSE requirements, including compliance with Fisher procedures and trade compliance for new supplier setups.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years’ experience in a purchasing/procurement-related role.
  • •Degree in engineering (Mechanical engineering).
  • •Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • •Awareness of internal and industry standards related to the position responsibility (preferred).
  • •Preferred: degree in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Chemical/Metallurgical Engineering and strong interpersonal skills for pitching solutions; casting/machining and valve component knowledge are preferred.
